SALON POLICIES

We go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Haircutting Appointments

​

There is  a 20 min grace period for all clients. Anything after 20 min, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no show, and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service price. 

Cancellations/Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time or the card on file will be charged 50% of the total service price.

 

Hair must be completely dry for all appointments.

Clients guests must wait outside or in the lobby for LA location

No pets allowed, service animals welcomed. 

Clients must be 13 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Please check follow up emails for hair prep instructions.

Your appointment may be charged 50% of the service fee and canceled if you fail to follow the policies listed above.

Los Angeles Appointments

Los Angeles Appointments may not always be at the same location, please check my website and follow up emails for directions.

Booking

Appointments for new clients can be made every 1st of the month at 7am. Returning clients have priority booking and may book the last  day of every month (please book with the same information as the last appointment). Cancellations can be booked by anyone at anytime time.

All appointments can be made by visiting the booking link on my website.

Please check email for hair prep instructions and directions to the salon. 

Card payments accepted, cash payments must be exact change.
